Untitled

This was the first large event that LCC hosted. The purpose of the event was to connect all forms of art and artists. Untitled was organized in a way that allowed people to walk around the venue and meet each other. We had various vendors including painters, photographers and different clothing brands. Once people had mingled we had students come to the other half of the venue hall where artists performed different genres of music including hip hop, R&B and jazz.

It was an extremely successful event as we had managed to introduce creatives throughout the community to each other. This helped us in building a network of artists who supported our collective and wanted to aid us in bringing together more creatives within Laurier University.

Untitled really symbolized the beginning of something revolutionary, at least for the creative community at Laurier because we’ve never had anything like that before. This event showed us that it is possible to merge different forms of creativity and art and build a community in which we could influence everyone to partake in our vision.
