The Shift Happened - And I Felt it

So we made a video and all, and it didn't play during the ACTUAL shift - so I want to explain it. To us THE SHIFT symbolizes a shift in your consciousness. It's a shift in your thinking. People need to realize that they've been blessed with this gift of life, and they can do ANYTHING with it. You create your own reality. You literally shift throughout your life, you grow, and experience, and live, and this all makes you the person you are today. So to us THE SHIFT is a movement in art culture, a realization that life (as serious as it is) isn't serious. It's a wave and we are riding it. It's really simple, we need food as fuel, and love and laughter to keep moving. Don't take life so seriously or you'll get caught up in focusing on the past and what you could have fixed, and what you can do to improve your future, and thus forget THE NOW. Live in the present and take everyday lightly and positively. I know I'M PREACHING HARD RIGHT NOW, but honestly just smile and move on yo. Shift, shift, shift. Appreciate creativity, and put in the work to create more. Help people rise, support others, love. Personally, I was so lost first and second year. I mean I've been blessed with opportunities but I didn't know what I wanted. Do I focus on school, or pursue fashion? But honestly I realized that I can do both in my own way. I don't need to be a typical scholar, or a typical fashion blogger. I just need to be myself, and immerse myself in my passion (which is school and fashion) and things will pan along; I will find a way to incorporate both into life. I will wake up everyday and live to be truly happy with what I am doing. So THE SHIFT showed me that I don't need to appeal or live up to anything other than my own standards. I shifted my own thinking and pushed myself to truly be myself. THEREFORE PEOPLE - I will try and be as consist on my blog as possible because I want this - and I will be posting a lot - so stay ready - stay strapped (hehe - d ) - LOVE U ALL - here are some shifty pics.

I'd love to thank everyone that is part of LCC and Revoltmag that helped make this happen. This was amazing - one of a kind event - and I'm so excited to host many more. Secondly, to my LCC peeps (I actually adore every single one of you and preach your crazy ass talents) I think y'all are blessed for real. And lastly, to Nik, Danny and Martinki - you guys are so real and so fucking cool - you are my shift, and I appreciate you all - you guys are actually so raw and honest AND SELLABLE, I know we'll all go veryvery far - legit LOVE.
