The problem

The question at hand is, how does Luisa Spagnoli appeal to younger consumers within the Italian market?

our solution

Based on the research, there is a gap within the current market for young adult women seeking trendy yet timeless, pieces. So, in order for Luisa Spagnoli to target that specific segment of women they could launch a sub-brand “Luisa”. Luisa allows younger consumers to feel comfortable shopping there in order to stay up to date with trendy clothing but also allows them to trust the quality of the brand in terms of durability and style. “Luisa” would also include an upcycled collection that focuses on sustainability. The collection will feature upcycled vintage pieces reworked into everlasting bold clothing. All of “Luisa’s” materials are ethically sourced and produced.
